Juniper Square, a San Francisco, CA- and Austin, TX-based technology provider for real estate investments, raised $25M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought total funding to date to $33m, was led by Ribbit Capital, which joined Felicis Ventures, Zigg Capital, and other strategic investors from the real estate industry.
The company will use the funds to further accelerate the rapid adoption of its software solution.
Founded in 2014 and Alex Robinson, CEO, Juniper Square provides real estate investment managers with a software platform that streamlines fundraising, investment administration, and investor reporting. Designed specifically for real estate, the software is used by hundreds of investment sponsors to manage nearly 10,000 real estate investments.
Since raising its Series A one year ago, the company has added more than 150 investment firms as customers, including Gaw Capital, PCCP, LLC, Rockpoint Group, Rockwood Capital, Stockbridge Capital, and Tishman Speyer.
Currently, more than $50B of capital is being raised across nearly 500 active offerings on Juniper Square.
