The company will use the capital to accelerate the growth of its technology, products and services.
Led by CEO and founder Bryan Derbyshire, TicketGuardian enhances the attendee and fan experience by providing an option to protect their tickets. An attendee can insure their purchased ticket, registration or booking through the company’s FanShield suite of products.
TicketGuardian is currently powering attendee protection approximately every 45 seconds. The company, which has 40 employees, partners with dozens of platforms such as Provenue, Accesso Showare, Showclix, events.com and others.
