Artemis Capital Partners, a Boston, MA-based industrial technology-focused private equity firm, closed its second fund.
Artemis Capital Partners II, L.P., will continue the firm’s focus on acquiring founder/family-owned manufacturers of differentiated industrial technologies in the lower middle market with high-margin, growing end markets and product applications including:

– Sensors & Instrumentation
– Aerospace & Defense
– Medical Devices
– Specialty Chemicals & Materials
– Flow Control
– Optics & Photonics
– Water & Wastewater
To date, Artemis has made two industrial technology platform investments in its new fund, including:
– StanChem Polymers, a specialty chemicals manufacturer based in East Berlin, Connecticut, and
– Superior Technical Ceramics, a leader in advanced ceramic materials based in St. Albans, Vermont.
Founded in 2010, the firm is led by Peter A. Hunter, Managing Partner.
