Bowery Valuation, a NYC-based real estate appraisal startup, raised $12M in Series A funding.
The round, which brings the total raise to $19m, was led by Builders VC, with participation from Navitas Capital, Camber Creek, Fika Ventures and Corigin Ventures.
The company will use the financing:
– to drive and accelerate the hiring of engineering and appraisal talent,
– expand its presence geographically,
– expand its technology capabilities and product offerings to further shorten turnaround times, and
– offer innovative solutions to continue to modernize and streamline the appraisal process.
Co-founded by CEO Noah Isaacs and CTO Cesar Devers, Bowery Valuation is a tech-driven vertically-integrated appraisal company that provides an end-to-end software solution for commercial real estate appraisals featuring public record integration, mobile inspection app, exhaustive databasing, and natural language generation.
Bowery is now working extensively with top-tier lenders and operating in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
