Crossbeam, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of a collaborative intelligence platform, announced a $3.35m in seed funding.
The round was co-led by Uncork Capital and First Round Capital, with participation from Village Global, Slack Fund, and several strategic angels. In conjunction with the funding, Andy McLoughlin from Uncork joined Crossbeam’s Board of Directors.
The company used the funds to grow the team to ten people, launch an initial version of Crossbeam, and begin on-boarding select pilot customers.
Co-founded in 2018 by Bob Moore and Buck Ryan, Crossbeam is a collaborative intelligence platform that allows companies to build valuable partnerships. It serves as an escrow service for data, allowing companies to find overlapping customers and prospects, while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. The platform enables users to prioritize the right partners to work with and measure the impact those partnership programs have on their business.
