RFP360, a Kansas City, Mo.-based provider of end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) management software, secured a strategic growth investment from Five Elms Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for business growth and product development.
In conjunction with the investment, David Lintz will be joining as Chief Executive Officer.
Also led by COO David Hulsen and CTO Stuart Ludlow, RFP360 provides a cloud-based RFP software platform that offers functionality to both issuers and respondents of RFPs. Its solutions streamline RFPs, requests for information (RFIs), requests for quotations (RFQs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and more to support strategic procurement and bidding processes.
