anaquaAnaqua, a Boston, MA-based provider of innovation and intellectual property management solutions, will receive an equity investment from Astorg, a European private equity firm.

The amount of the deal – subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions – was not disclosed. As part of it, Astorg will become the controlling shareholder of Anaqua, replacing Insight Venture Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, both of which have been investors since 2013.
