Bandier, a New York City-based activewear retailer, raised $34.4m in funding.
Backers included C Ventures and Eurazeo Brands ($25m).
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its omni-channel growth plan, increase customer acquisition, scale its digital presence and continue building the team.
Co-founded in 2014 by Jennifer Bandier and Neil Boyarsky, Bandier is a luxury, multi-brand activewear retailer with stores in key U.S. markets. The company also operates Studio B, a boutique fitness location, and has a following of nearly 300,000 fitness enthusiasts.
It has five store locations in New York and Texas, two new flagships with Studio B fitness boutiques opening at Zero Bond in Manhattan and Melrose in Los Angeles, as well as an e-commerce shop with global distribution.
As part of its expansion plan, the company has added a seasoned CEO, Adrienne Lazarus.
