Complion, Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio-based provider of eRegulatory software to clinical research sites, secured $7m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Beringea, with participation from Ohio Innovation Fund, JumpStart and the Ohio TechAngel Fund. In conjunction with the funding, Bill Baumel from the Ohio Innovation Fund will be joining the Complion Board.
The company intends to use the funds to extend its leadership position in the site regulatory compliance market, continue development of its site eRegulatory solution and further invest in solutions to transform the burdensome and critical task of ensuring clinical research site regulatory compliance.
Led by Rick Arlow, founder and CEO, Complion provides clinical research site regulatory and document management solutions including its eRegulatory and document management software for sites, health systems, academic medical centers and cancer centers.
