Preteckt, a Memphis, Tenn.-based provider of machine learning platform for automotive prognostics, raised $2m in seed funding.
Backers included Las Olas Venture Capital and Comet Labs.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Led by Ken Sills, CEO and Co-Founder, Preteckt provides a Vehicle Prognostics as a Service (VPaaS) to connected and autonomous vehicle manufacturers and service providers. It leverages its proprietary real-time automotive data architecture to allow for continuous integration of AI, Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms to handle automotive data and provides speed advantage over typical Big Data solutions allowing for real-time analytics that iterate toward zero false-positives.
