Sev1Tech Receives Investment from DFW Capital Partners

sev1techSev1Tech, LLC, a Woodbridge, VA – based provider of enterprise IT and program management support services, received a controlling equity investment from DFW Capital Partners.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to add new services, support new and existing customers and strengthen our mission capabilities.

Founded in 2010 and led by Bob Lohfeld, CEO, Sev1Tech provides information technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and program management services and solutions to U.S. government agencies and major commercial organizations. The company is a preferred advisor supporting critical mission challenges across the defense, intelligence, homeland security, space, and health markets.

Sev1Tech has also announced that it has been awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to support the Army’s migration to cloud-based IT infrastructure solutions. The Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transformation (ACCENT) contract vehicle has an estimated ceiling value of $247.7 million across all holders and is valid through February 2020.
