Astute, Inc., a Columbus, OH-based provider of AI-driven customer engagement platform, received an investment from Audax Private Equity.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions, both foreign and domestic.

In the past year, the company has received numerous industry awards for product innovation and expanded its presence in the customer experience software market both in North America and Europe through the strategic acquisition of its primary consumer affairs competitor.
