M/C Partners, a Boston, MA-based private equity firm investing in Telecommunications and Information Technology infrastructure and services, hired Travis Keller as a Partner.
Keller joins M/C from Altman, Vilandrie & Co., a technology, media and telecom focused strategy consulting and investment advisory firm where he served as a Director.
While at AV&Co., Keller led hundreds of engagements with investors to develop investment theses, identify acquisition targets, perform investment due diligence, integrate acquisitions and improve portfolio companies’ performance.
Recent diligence targets included commercial fiber operators, retail and wholesale colocation providers, managed cyber security companies and UCaaS platforms.
In addition, Keller worked directly with management teams to develop long-term business strategies, improve go-to-market with a focus on product prioritization, and channel optimization.
Led by Jim Wade, Managing Partner, and Gillis Cashman, Managing Partner, M/C Partners is a private equity firm focused exclusively on the communications and information technology sectors. The firm has invested over $2.2 billion of capital into nearly 100 companies, generally investing in companies with enterprise values of $25 million to $250 million.
