Idera, Inc., a Houston-based parent company of global B2B software productivity brands, received a new minority investment from Partners Group.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Partners Group will join existing investors HGGC, TA Associates, and Company management.
The company will use the funds to expand its M&A vision and drive its DevOps leadership.
Led by Randy Jacops, CEO, Idera develops software that enables database professionals to design, monitor and manage data systems and provides application development tools to allow software engineers to build, test, deploy, and manage a wide range of applications faster and efficiently.
The company serves more than 50,000 customers spanning multiple industries, including education, energy, financial, government, healthcare, manufacturing, media, retail and technology.
