(NASDAQ: PEGA), a Cambridge, Mass.-based digital transformation software company, acquired In The Chat (ITC), a Toronto, Canada-based provider of an enterprise-grade digital customer service platform provider that unifies text messaging, social media, live chat, email, messengers, and chatbots into a seamless conversation with customers.
