TrueCommerce, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of trading partner connectivity, integration and unified commerce solutions, acquired ecUtopia, a San Diego, CA-based cloud supply chain collaboration and visibility platform powered by EDI and B2B E-Commerce methodologies.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition complements the TrueCommerce portfolio of offerings by providing a strategic technology service that strengthens its commerce network in several market segments, in particular the home furnishings and apparel industries.

Its services, focused on enhancing all aspects of the supply chain, are currently offered by thousands of private and publicly traded organizations worldwide.
