ChartSpan, a Greenville, South Carolina-based healthcare managed service provider for chronic care management programs in the U.S., raised a $15m Series A funding round.
The round was led by BIP Capital, with participation from Blue Heron Capital, Bailey Southwell & Co., C&B Capital, and Service Provider Capital.
The company plans to use the funds to scale its operations nationally.
Led by CEO Jon-Michial Carter, ChartSpan is a managed service provider of chronic care management programs in the United States. The company provides managed care coordination and compliance programs for more than 100 of the most successful practices and health systems in the country.
