Bambu Raises US$10M in Series B Funding

Bambu-Team2019Bambu, a Singapore-based global provider of digital wealth technology, closed a US$10m Series B funding round.

Third-time investor Franklin Templeton co-led the investment along with new investor PEAK6 Strategic Capital LLC.

The company intends to use the funds to take on new opportunities and reach a wider B2B audience through scalable software-as-a-service solutions, to expand the product offering to target new segments within financial services, as well as to build up delivery and support teams in key global markets.

Led by Ned Phillips, CEO and founder, Bambu builds wealth management digital platforms for businesses to offer their customers automated and technology-augmented investment services.
The company, which has developed products tailored for every market segments – Private, Affluent and Retail, has 70 employees across offices in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and representatives in San Francisco, and Johannesburg.
It has clients in the USA, Europe, UAE and across Asia.
