Ironhack Raises $4M in Funding

ironhackIronhack, a Miami, Florida-based coding bootcamp company, raised $4m in funding.

The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $7m, was led by JME Capital, with participation from All Iron Ventures and Brighteye Ventures.

The coding bootcamp has trained over 3,000 graduates, specialized in topics like UX design and data analysts. Beyond Miami, Ironhacks has an international presence in Europe and Latin America through nine campuses. It currently connects its graduates to over 700 employers, including companies like Facebook and Uber.

The company intends to use the funds to expand internationally.

Led by CEO Ariel Quinones, Ironhack is an international tech school offering Web Development, UX / UI Design and Data Analytics courses with students now working in such companies as Visa, Mango, Twitter, Capgemini, Orange, etc.
The company currently has locations in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Bogotá, Lisbon, Madrid, Mexico City, Miami, Munich, Paris, and São Paulo.
