Spectrio, a Tampa, Fla.-based provider of in-store marketing solutions powered by content and technology, acquired LifeShare Technologies, a senior living communication and engagement technology company based in Greenfield, Ind.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition further accelerates Spectrio’s user engagement capabilities, adding a layer of technology that allows the audience to transition from passive viewers to active users.
Led by John Moore, Founder and CEO, LifeShare Technologies provides communication platforms that connect families, residents, and staff at senior living communities. LifeShare integrates community calendars, entertainment, activities, photos and videos, and messages into an online management portal. Content can be displayed throughout common areas in the community via digital signage or sent directly to residents’ in-room television using a set-top box.
With the integrated LifeShare mobile app, families of residents can receive notifications for community activities, events, and daily menus. Families are also able to view and share photos and videos and update their loved one’s calendar with appointments and reminders.
Spectrio serves clients from local businesses to large brands, unifying online marketing experiences and in-person brand experiences with content and technology. Its in-store marketing technologies include Digital Signage, Interactive Kiosks, and Wi-Fi Marketing, as well as In-Store Music and Marketing, On-Hold Marketing, and Scent Marketing – all designed to drive consumer behavior.
