Swit, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a team collaboration app, raised more than $6m in seed funding.
The seed round was led by Korea Investment Partners, with participation from Hyundai Venture Investment Corporation and Mirae Asset Venture Investment.
It includes nearly $1m in seed funding received in November 2018 from Kakao Ventures, bringing the total current seed investment to just over $7m.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the app.
Founded in Seoul, South Korea by Josh Lee and Max Lim, Swit provides a complete team collaboration app featuring integrated Kanban task management, calendar, Gantt charts, and more to over 450 companies of all sizes across the United States and abroad.
The free and standard tiers are available to use today, with the Enterprise version expected to launch this fall.
