Automated Intelligence, a Belfast, UK-based provider of a data management platform, raised £1.6m in funding.

The round was led by Kernel Capital (£750K), via The Bank of Ireland Kernel Capital Growth Fund (NI), with participation from private investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Simon Cole, CEO, Automated Intelligence provides AI.DATALIFT, a data management platform that gives customers insight and control over their data.
A Microsoft Gold Partner, the company is working with and delivering Microsoft technology solutions to organizations across various industries such as Banking, Government, Professional Services, Utilities and Health.

Clients include DEFRA, Crossrail and NHS Trusts, among others.
