Doxim, a North American customer communications and engagement technology provider serving financial and regulated markets, acquired Utilitec, a Tory, MI-based customer communications management solutions provider that focuses exclusively on the unique requirements of the metered services industry.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Doxim will extend its market reach in the utilities industry. Utilitec’s technology will offer additional value to its clients, while the acquired company’s current client base will access to Doxim’s Customer Communications and Customer Engagement solutions.
Led by Gary Zavislak, President, Utilitec provides services including data processing, e-presentment, bill payment, and omnichannel delivery of utility bills and other business critical customer communications. The company has created proprietary technology to process critical billing and payment data for the metered services industry.
