insightsoftware Receives Strategic Growth Investment

insightsoftware, a Raleigh, N.C.-based provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise performance management (EPM) reporting software, received an investment from Genstar Capital and TA Associates and management.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth trajectory.

Led by Mike Lipps, CEO, insightsoftware provides solutions that complement ERP and EPM systems by enabling real-time automated reporting, data syncing and analytics for hundreds of scenarios. With pre-populated templates deployed via the web or Microsoft Excel and direct integrations to over 140 ERPs and EPMs, the company serves over 375,000 global users.
It has more than 450 employees with offices around the world.
