Navex Global, a Lake Oswego, OR-based ethics and compliance software and services company, acquired Lockpath, Inc., a provider of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) software solutions.
The financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Lockpath’s risk management solutions will be added to Navex Global’s existing solution portfolio.
Founded in 2010 by Chris Caldwell, CEO, Lockpath develops, markets, and delivers cloud-based (SaaS) enterprise software solutions that help organizations become more resilient through integrated risk management.
The company’s Keylight platform is an agile IRM solution that addresses strategic, operational, and IT risks for customers of varying complexity and sizes, ranging from small firms to Fortune 10 enterprise companies.
Led by Bob Conlin, President and CEO, Navex Global provides a comprehensive suite of ethics and compliance software, content and services for organizations to protect their people, reputation and bottom line.
The company’s solutions are used by more than 14,000 customers.
