PaulCamper, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of a sharing platform for recreational vehicles, raised €7M in funding.
The round was led by Adevinta with participation from FJ Labs, All Iron Ventures, Russmedia International and Mairdumont Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach in Europe and further develop the platform.
Founded in 2013 by Dirk Fehse, PaulCamper is a sharing platform for renting and lending campervans and motorhomes from veteran lenders.
For each camper, the price includes comprehnsive and puncture protection and camping equipment and agreed km.
The company currently operates over 5,000 vehicles including camper vans, box vans, alcoves, and semi- and fully-integrated caravans in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Renters come from all over the world.
