The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With this acquisition, BallerTV will be able to accelerate their scaling efforts, further expand into field sports like soccer and offer automated video production to its current sports.

Led by CEO Kav Ohiomoba, FieldVision leverages artificial intelligence and computer vision to autonomously film any team sport. Its technology combines player tracking, ball tracking, and game context recognition to automate the production and livestream of any game.

Led by Rob Angarita and Aaron Hawkey, BallerTV has live-streamed video coverage of more than 250,000 games since 2017. The company currently covers men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball, and football, all of which can be watched live or any time on the mobile-friendly website.
Founded in 2016, BallerTV is backed by Index Ventures, Peak Ventures, Unusual Ventures, Chernin Group, Moving Capital, and the USC Marshall Venture Fund.
