Flowcast Raises USD$3M in Series A Funding

flowcastFlowcast, a San Francisco, CA-based fintech startup that specializes in smart credit decisioning, closed a USD$3m Series A funding.

The round was co-led by ING Ventures and BitRock Capital, with participation from existing investors Katalyst Ventures and Alpana Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its go-to-market strategy, global market expansion, and product development and improvement.

Led by Ken So, CEO, Flowcast provides enterprise-grade machine learning solutions to Global 500 corporations, financial institutions, logistics companies, and insurance providers around the world to power their smart credit decisions. Its API-based machine learning platform leverages alternative data to unlock credit at scale, empowering lenders and corporations to extend and monitor credit that is historically unavailable with conventional lending and credit scoring methods.
The company also has an Asia Pacific office in Singapore.
