Koyfin Secures $3M in Funding

Koyfin, a NYC-based data visualization investment research platform, raised $3M in funding.

The round was led by Craft Ventures, Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Social Leverage and other existing investors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the build-out of its product and accelerate user adoption.

Led by CEO Rob Koyfman, Koyfin is a web-based platform that allows investors to research stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and macro trends with advanced data visualization and charting. It is used by financial advisors, research analysts and salespeople at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BlackRock, Franklin Templeton to analyze and understand what’s happening in the market
Launched in 2018, the platform already has 10,000 active investors.

The web app is currently free with a premium tier release planned for early 2020.
