Centrinet Corporation, an Alpharetta, GA-based IT, consulting and managed services firm, acquired Accordant Technology, a Tennessee-based provider of cloud and virtualization solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable Centrinet Corporation’s to extend its in-depth engineering, consulting talents, and operational strength.
