e.fundamentals, an Edinburgh, Scotland- and London, UK-based eCommerce analytics company, secured £5.3m in funding.
The round was led by Maven Capital Partners with participation from Downing Ventures and Scottish Enterprise.
The company intends to use the funds to further drive its international expansion. This will include a launch in the US with a version of the platform tailored to the needs of the American market.
Led by chief executive officer John Maltman, e.fundamentals provides an eCommerce analytics platform for brand owners to compete online. It gathers and reviews data about brands’ product performance online and presents it each day through the proprietary retail dashboard, and wholesale dashboard, allowing clients to quickly action the insights delivering the biggest returns.
Clients include Weetabix, McCain and Twinings.
