intervisionInterVision, a Santa Clara, Calif. and St. Louis, Mo.-based IT strategic service provider, acquired Fotis Networks, a Boston, Mass.-based IT professional services and consulting firm.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With this transaction, InterVision strengthens its engineering talent and expertise providing professional services to clients in the commercial, healthcare, education, and government (federal, state and local) sectors.

Led by Frank Loulourgas, founder and CEO, Fotis leverages a staff of engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and technical writers, who have deep knowledge and experience managing projects from inception, architecture and design to build-out, replacement or relocation.
