Kangarootime Raises $3.5M In Series A Funding

kangarootimeKangarootime, a Buffalo, NY-based provider of early childhood software, secured $3.5m In Series A funding.

Cultivation Capital joined other investors, Mucker Capital, Skyview Capital, 43 North, New York State Venture Fund and Tech Coast Angels.

Led by Scott Wayman, CEO and Founder, Kangarootime provides a childcare management software program digitizing the early education classroom via features including billing, payment processing, parent communication and more.
The platform offers tuition collection management, 100% paperless, check-in and out, messaging and picture sharing and employee management. Parents receive realtime updates and overall transparency in their childcare experience.

The company plans to launch its new education and enterprise products in 2020. The additional investment will allow Kangarootime to build upon its software to continue to serve the needs of directors and parents, scale its business operations and hire key team members to accelerate the company’s growth.
