Backers included Y Combinator, Accomplice, 1984vc, and Ali Capital, as well as Paul English (founder of Kayak), Kevin Hale (founder of Wufoo), Mathilde Collin (founder of Front), Andrew Bialecki (founder of Klaviyo), Elias Torres (founder of Drift), and Eric Rea and Dennis Steele (founders of Podium).
The company intends to use the funds to expand its fully-remote workforce and onboard new clients in a wide variety of e-commerce verticals.
Led by CEO Adam Turner, Postscript provides a martech platform that, with an exclusive focus on the e-commerce ecosystem, specializes in creating enriched messages through one-click integrations and hyper targeted triggers based on user behavior.
Since launching in September 2018, the company has acquired more than 500 customers, including brands like Native, Brooklinen, StackCommerce, Frey, Oars + Alps, and Olivers.
