ServiceTitan, a Los Angeles, CA-based software and operating system for residential and commercial service and replacement contractors, acquired WaterSoftWare, a business management solution for the water treatment industry.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable ServiceTitan to expand into the water treatment industry.
Led by Greg Christian, WaterSoftWare offers business management solutions to the water treatment industry, streamlining and automating processes within the sector. The company provides office solutions that help water treatment dealerships manage accounts, route and delivery services, inventory, billing, and more.
Founded in 2008 by Ara Mahdessian, CEO, and Vahe Kuzoyan, President, ServiceTitan provides an end-to-end software suite for residential and commercial service and replacement contractors, which includes CRM, intelligent dispatch, custom reporting, marketing automation, a mobile solution for field techs, and accounting integrations with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks.
The company has more than 700 employees, with offices in California, Atlanta, and Armenia, serving 4,000 client businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada.
