DPL, a London, UK-based data tech startup that enables clients to automate the application of artificial intelligence and behavioural science insights to improve marketing effectiveness, raised £1.3m GBP in new funding.
The round was led by the Angel CoFund (ACF).
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate development of its platform.
Led by Jean Pierre van Tiel, CEO, Richard Robinson, CCO, and Chris Ward, CTO, DPL provides a platform that combines automated behavioural science data collection and AI to deliver immediate improvements in marketing effectiveness. The platform integrates with all Customer Relationship Management systems and other marketing technologies and data sources.
The company also announced the establishment of an advisory team of three investors:
- Mike Reynolds – former JP Morgan and serial entrepreneur and investor.
- Russ Shaw – Founder, Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates
- Angus Lovitt – tech marketing expert and advisor to tech start-ups.
