AccuTitle, a Ship Bottom, NJ-based cloud-based title management and real estate closing platform, acquired Closers’ Choice, a title software company based in Jacksonville, Florida.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition further expands AccuTitle’s customer base and reach into the Southeastern region and power title agencies across the eastern seaboard with over 1,100 clients processing over 450,000 transactions annually.
The entire Closers’ Choice team – led by Mark Long, CEO, and Sriram Vemuri, President – will be joining AccuTitle.
