Capdesk, a London, UK-based equity management platform, raised a further £3m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Fuel Ventures.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach, as well as to increase its development efforts.
Founded in 2015 by CEO Christian Gabriel, Mikkel Boje & Martin Damhus, Capdesk provides a cap table management platform that enables private companies to keep a clear overview of ownership (in terms of cap tables, shareholder register, and equity reporting) and to manage employee option pools. The company currently serves approx. 1.000 Europen companies.
