The #1 is Sequoia Capital China’s Neil Shen, followed by #2 Andrew Braccia, Accel, and #3 Roelof Botha of Sequoia. The list features 22 Chinese investors 12 newcomers, 6 returnees, and 11 women, led by Mary Meeker, as usual in the latest years.
