Swimlane, a Denver, CO-based independent leader in security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), acquired Syncurity Corporation, a Bethesda, Md.-based organization focused on security incident response and case management.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition enables Swimlane to continue to expand its offerings with a focus on security automation for operations teams. Founded in 2014 by Founder JP Bourget, Syncurity provides a security operations solution, called IR Flow, which offers incident response and end-to-end case management with SOAR capabilities to customers across various industries, including health care and managed services. The company is a graduate of MACH37 Cyber Accelerator and SixThirty Ventures Go-To-Market program.
Led by Co-Founder and CEO Cody Cornell, Swimlane provides security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) solutions which allow organizations to address all security operations (SecOps) needs, including prioritizing alerts, orchestrating tools and automating the remediation of threats—improving performance across the entire organization. The company has operations throughout North America, Central America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
