Moneybox, a London, UK-based saving and investing app, secured £30m in Series C funding.
Backers in the round, which brought total funds raised to date to £51.3m, included existing investors Eight Roads, and new investors Breega and CNP.
The company intends to use the funds to build on its product offering, invest in new technology and scale the team.
Founded in 2015 by entrepreneurs Charlie Mortimer and Ben Stanway, Moneybox now offers a range of saving and investment products including Lifetime ISAs and Pensions. The company has a community of more than 450,000 customers and a team of 120 people. It now has £1bn in assets under administration.
