EasyKnock, a New York City and Charlotte, North Carolina-based institutionalized residential sale-leaseback company, raised $5m in further funding.
Viola FinTech has joined the Series B funding round, bringing the total to $25m.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and business reach.
Founded in 2016 and led by Jarred Kessler, CEO, EasyKnock is a technology-enabled residential sale-leaseback company that provides homeowners with programs to access the money they need to achieve their goals. These include:
- With Sell and Stay, which allows homeowners to sell their home without moving, with the flexibility to buy back their house or move at any time.
- MoveAbility, which serves as a bridge product for homeowners planning on moving in the near-term.
The company currently provides its innovative financial products to homeowners across 50 states.
