eFileCabinet, a Lehi, Utah-based document management company, closed an $11.5m Series C funding.
The round was led by existing investors Allegis Capital and Signal Peak Ventures, which are now joined by Camden Partners, Allegis Nippon Life and Oquirrh Ventures. Additionally, Todd Sherman of Camden Partners joined eFileCabinet’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its commercialization efforts deeper into industries benefiting from document management including insurance, healthcare, and human resources.
Led by Jesse Wood, CEO, eFileCabinet offers a SaaS product, Rubex, which combines essential business functions from intelligent automation of documents to encrypted file-sharing for organizations across a multitude of industries to work efficiently and compliantly.
