Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has completed the acquisition of Avenai, an Ottawa, Canada-based provider of consulting and technology services.
The amount of the deal, announced in October 2020, was not disclosed.
The acquisition enhances Accenture’s capacity to drive the digital modernization taking place across the public sector in Canada as many departments and agencies embrace change, moving to the cloud, and improving services for Canadian citizens.
Founded in 2012, Avenai provides government and commercial clients in Ottawa and Toronto with solutions supporting key aspects of business change including strategy development, process improvement, IT-enabled business transformation, and organizational culture transformation.
