GuideCX, a Salt Lake City, UT-based platform for onboarding new customers, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Sorenson Ventures with participation from new investors Epic Ventures, Orchard Ventures, and previous investors Album VC and Prelude, among others.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Peter Ord, founder and CEO, GuideCX has created a client onboarding platform that allows businesses to invite, guide, and engage internal and customer teams. The system enables users to invite everyone to the project—internal resources, customer teams and third-party vendors, guide each step and stay on track with automated tasks, reminders and updates, engage teams by enabling them to interact with the project in the way they prefer. They can complete tasks, view status, send updates, make notes and more – through the portal, the mobile app or email.
In the coming months, the company will be releasing additional features designed to improve resource management and time tracking, allowing companies and the customers they serve to be aligned on any project or implementation.
