Backers included Eduardo Vivas and others unnamed Silicon Valley investors and celebrities.
Shred provides a digital fitness platform featuring dynamic, personalized training programs for home or gym, step-by-step coaching & tracking, and motivation from a community around the world.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its digital fitness platform and bring new products and features to its community, including the launch of a new video streaming platform that lets consumers workout with their friends. This new functionality will begin rolling out by the end of the year.
