DaySmart Software, an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based provider of business management software empowering entrepreneurs to operate and grow their businesses, acquired AppointmentPlus, a Scottsdale, AZ-based online appointment scheduling software provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by CEO Bob La Loggia, AppointmentPlus provides scheduling solutions to a broad array of segments, including supply chain and logistics, healthcare, automotive, education and government verticals. The company also offers OpenDock, a warehouse and dock scheduling software.
La Loggia, along with the company’s 100+ employees, will join DaySmart. The company intends to pursue additional acquisitions of complementary software businesses that deliver outstanding customer experiences and which will benefit from DaySmart’s enhanced product suite, including integrated payments, best-in-class marketing and highly effective customer communication tools.
Led by Patrick Shanahan, CEO, DaySmart is a provider of business management tools designed to make it easier for entrepreneurs to run and grow their businesses. The company is the maker of Salon Iris, Orchid, 123Pet and InkBook software.
