Blueshift Raises $30M in Series C Funding

Blueshift, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-Powered Customer Data Platform, raised $30m in Series C financing.

The round, which brought the total amount raised to $65m, was led by Fort Ross Ventures, with participation from Avatar Growth Capital and existing investors Softbank Ventures Asia, Storm Ventures, Conductive Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners.  In conjunction with the funding, Ratan Singh of Fort Ross Ventures will join Blueshift’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Vijay Chittoor, co-founder and CEO, Blueshift provides a Customer Data platform that enables marketers to unify 360-degree CX data, to make AI-Powered decisions from large volumes of data and distribute the decisioning to every touchpoint in the customer journey. The company’s platform has been adopted by global brands including LendingTree, Discovery Inc., Udacity and BBC among others.
