Concentric, a Perrysburg, Ohio-based forklift power and maintenance organization, acquired Southern States, Inc., a Florida provider of forklift power, docks, doors, racking, storage and other warehouse equipment needs.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition will strengthen Concentric’s presence across Florida.
Led by President John Shea, Concentric is a forklift, critical power and maintenance leader with hundreds of contracts nationwide across more than 40 states. It is a subsidiary of OnPoint Group, an independent provider of material handling and critical facility services nationwide.
