Dropbox, Inc., (NASDAQ: DBX) completed the previously announced acquisition of DocSend, a secure document sharing and analytics company with more than 17,000 customers.
The amount of the transaction was $165m.
The combination of Dropbox, HelloSign (already acquired), and DocSend will help customers across industries manage end-to-end document workflows—from content collaboration to sharing and e-signature—giving them more control over their business results.
